Josh Nash

Josh Nash is the Clinic Director at Therapy Partners of North Texas – Frisco Central. He has over ten years of experience in outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy, specializing in post-operative rehabilitation, complex musculoskeletal injuries, and return-to-activity and return-to-sport care.

Josh enjoys working with patients of all activity levels and has experience treating high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as active adults with demanding physical goals. He has a particular passion for shoulder conditions, along with hip and knee rehabilitation, and brings advanced clinical reasoning to spine-related conditions.

His treatment approach combines hands-on manual therapy, progressive exercise, and objective data to guide rehabilitation and decision-making. Josh values the use of advanced strength and movement assessment, dynamometry, and return-to-sport testing to help bridge the gap between physical therapy and performance.

In addition to his clinical work, Josh has extensive experience in clinical education and mentorship. He has served as a clinical instructor and contributed to residency-level mentorship and teaching, and has worked closely with orthopedic surgeons throughout Frisco and the surrounding North Texas communities.

Josh earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio and completed an accredited Sports Physical Therapy Residency through UT Southwestern Medical Center. As Clinic Director, he is committed to collaborative care, clinical excellence, and serving patients throughout the North Dallas area.

Outside of the clinic, Josh enjoys spending time with his family, is active in his local church, and is a proud University of Houston alum and avid Cougars basketball fan.
