She made scheduling very easy and flexible and always greeted us with smile and warm conversations. Rey, the therapist is equally impressive, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring. Overall, I recommend North Texas Physical Therapy- Allen to anyone seeking for Physical Therapy services. The entire team provide excellent care in a positve and comfortable environment. From Rachel on the front desk and her infinite smile, to the very helpful Jasmine to the extremely talented and professional Carsen, my therapist, I have been nothing but impressed by this whole team. After rotator cuff surgery, I have been rehabbing my right shoulder here for about three months, twice a week. The staff has been awesome, super friendly, very knowledgeable and most importantly of all, my shoulder feels great. I’ll be back at it in no time.
