Heritage Trace Clinic Director

Blake is the Clinic Director and treating physical therapist at our Heritage Trace
location. Blake graduated from North Central College with his B.S. in Exercise
Science in 2014 and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern
Illinois University in 2018. Since then, he has become a Board-Certified Clinical
Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy (OCS), and has obtained both his
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification (CSCS) and Dry
Needling Certification (Cert-DN). Blake became passionate about physical
therapy after multiple surgeries during his athletic career and now enjoys helping
athletes of all ages both recover from and prevent injury. He enjoys working with
all orthopedic conditions, post-operative cases, and vestibular patients. He enjoys
challenging patients to be able to return to all their desired activities, as well as with
things they thought they never could do!
