Dewey Parks, PT, DPT, Clinic Director

Dewey is the director of Therapy Partners of North Texas Heritage Trace. He grew up in nearby Garland, TX. He received his undergraduate degree from University of North Texas in Kinesiology. In 2010, he graduated from Texas Tech University with a doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has worked in outpatient orthopedics his entire career. Specialties include post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic spinal conditions, sports medicine, and vestibular therapy. His future plans include certifications in dry needling and vestibular therapy. While he is interested in all orthopedic conditions, he takes a special interest in spinal conditions and knee mechanics. Dewey’s approach with his patients is that of a hands-on therapist, merging manual techniques, functional exercises, and patient involvement which are all backed by evidence-based research to provide the best results for his patients. Dewey’s hobbies include spending time with his family, friends, following Liverpool FC, and woodworking.
