Our clinic, in the corner suite, is located at the intersection of Bethel and Hearthstone Lane. Parking is located immediately behind the building. John P. Sims (JP), PT, LAT, Owner

Therapy Partners of North Texas’ physical therapy Coppell location opened in 1996 and, along with its satellite locations, is co-owned and operated by JP. JP graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree and subsequently attended UT Southwestern at Dallas, graduating in 1992 with a B.S. in Physical Therapy. JP specializes in outpatient orthopedics with a focus on functional rehabilitation using a strong comprehensive manual therapy approach. His energetic treatment style, with strong emphasis on patient education, has enabled him to produce positive outcomes for his patients over many years. JP is a native Texan and lives with his wife and three children in Flower Mound.

Alexander (AC) Lao, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT, Clinic Director

AC grew up in Garland, Texas and received his undergraduate degree from UT Dallas. In 2014, he graduated from the UT Health Science Center at San Antonio with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He then completed a post-doctorate program through MTI to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. AC enjoys working with patients to help them achieve their goals. His treatment style combines a heavy dose of hands-on techniques with patient-specific exercises to get his people back to the things they love. He currently lives in Northlake with his wife Michelle.
